Edelweiss Creamery  Bruce Workman, a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker and loyal supporter of  the National Historic Cheesemaking Center has spent most of his life in cheesemaking.  Edelweiss Creamery is the only plant making 180 pound wheels of old world Emmenthaler Swiss cheese.

Emmi Roth USAa chalet styled plant in Monroe, Wisconsin offers its visitors a viewing hallway to observe the cheesemaking process.  A day in a cheesemakers life begins early and it is recommended to plan your visit to Emmi Roth USA between the house of 9:00 am - 1:00 am.  The cheese plant is attached to one of the areas most complete cheese store and gift shop.

Klondike Cheese Company, one of the largest feta producers in the country is in it's fourth generation of cheesemakers,owned and operated by three Master Cheesemakers, Ron, Dave and Steve Buholzer.
